Your child might be too young for lessons. They aren’t too young for Kidzrock! Kidzrock is a nationally acclaimed music program that teaches ages 4-7 or 8-11 how to play an instrument in a real rock band. This program makes playing an instrument fun and easy. It helps kids fall in love with music and form a lifelong connection to playing an instrument.
Imagine how your child will feel playing in a rock band, on stage to a cheering crowd. Imagine how you as a parent will feel in this moment. Your child will learn the basics of guitar, drums and piano-did I mention there’s no at home practice? About Kidzrock Your child will learn how to play drums,guitar, and keyboards as they prepare to play and sing in a real rock concert! The fun rock band format helps kids fall in love with music and feel good about their abilities. If children perceive playing an instrument as fun and easy they are so much more likely to want to continue on into private lessons.
Kidzrock teaches children how to play an instrument in the setting of a rock band. Students in Kidzrock rehearse and perform on drums, electric guitar, and keyboards. Band members rotate on instruments as they learn the basics of each instrument in the rock band.
Kidzrock implements a color-coded note reading system allowing children immediate access to reading and playing an instrument. The Kidzrock songbook is comprised of instrumental rock songs written specifically for the program. Kidzrock uses modified instruments allowing children as young as 4 to participate in the program.
