Summer is around the corner and we have some exciting news to share! Let me know if you are interested in any new programs or questions.
“The End of Year Recital” is coming up soon: You worked so hard, now is the time to share your music with us!
Our 1st Suzuki Kids Program will wrap up in June 13th, we look forward to share how they become a little musicians. Look out for these little amazing musicians!
Summer Camp for kids age 4-8 will be held for every TUE, WED & THU in July 7th and August 13th.
New Summer program “Keyboard Group Class” for will be accepting participants.
Registration for Summer Lessons: Summer is the best time to deepen your musical skills or start learning a new instrument. Flexible scheduling and Zoom lessons are available to accommodate busy summer schedules and make learning accessible for all students. Our Lessons provide individual and group instruction for all levels using our nurturing envirnment/ child’s view method approach. Whether you want to learn violin, cello, guitar, drums, or piano, we have options that fit your schedule. Our experienced teachers are ready to help you unlock your musical potential.
The End of Year Recital: We have three upcoming recitals.
1. June 12th 5pm at Norma’s Corner Bakery in Wappingers Falls for Beacon location students. Please let Choi know if you are participating.
2. June 13th 5pm at QMA for Suzuki Kids Program Certification Ceremony for Suzuki Kids Program students.
3. June 20th 5pm : All QMA students are welcome to send a video (1-5 minutes) to info@queensmusicacademy.com. We will share an unlisted video YouTube unlisted video link.
Children ages 4-8 explore violin, cello, and piano through engaging group settings using our nurturing Suzuki method in the morning, with fun creative activities in the afternoon at our Woodside location.
Camp runs July 7 through August 13 on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Half-day sessions (9:30am-12pm) are $90 per week and require one snack. Full-day sessions (9:30am-3pm) are $120 per week and require lunch plus two snacks. All meals and snacks must be brought by families in labeled backpacks.
Group Keyboard Program: Our new Piano Lab program breaks away from the traditional private lesson model and is designed to unlock the full potential of each student's piano learning experience. This innovative approach combines the best practices of our proven methods with fun group learning opportunities, making it perfect for students of all ages and levels.

Suzuki Kids Program for Summer (May-Aug; prorate available): The Suzuki method develops music ability by teaching music the same way we learn our native language: through repetition, listening, and parental involvement. Students receive 30-minute private lessons weekly plus twice-monthly 30-minute group sessions. Monthly group meetings include music theory games, potluck parties, and market day celebrations where students use earned incentive stars during their lessons. Trial lessons are available for $60 per 30-minute session and can be deducted from your registration fee. This is a perfect opportunity to experience Queens Music Academy's comprehensive approach to music education and see how our Suzuki method accelerates musical development for young learners in Queens. This comprehensive program is designed for young music enthusiasts who want to develop strong musical fundamentals quickly. Trial lessons are $60 for 30 minutes and can be deducted from your registration fee. Located in Queens, NY, Queens Music Academy is committed to developing your child's musical ability through proven Suzuki methods.
